 ive Director of the Delaware HIV Consortium\, and Frank Hawkins\, Director
  of Prevention Services\, AIDS Delaware\n\nThe purpose of the Health Commi
 ttee is to address the health disparities LGBTQ+ people face in Sussex Cou
