 ties between the government and LGBTQ+ organizations\, helps remove barrie
 rs to societal participation for LGBTQ+ people\, and improves the delivery
  of services to the community in Delaware in areas such as employment\, eq
 uality\, education\, mental health\, social services\, health\, and housin
 g.\n\nThe Intersectionality Subcommittee is a specialized group within the
  Delaware LGBTQ+ Commission established to ensure that the commission's wo
 rk addresses the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals who face overlapping f
 orms of discrimination and marginalization.\n\nAll meetings are open to th
 e public.
