 cated to promoting and empowering all women in music — will host its sig
 nature tribute concert to Lilith Fair and women in music at Bottle &amp\; 
 Cork in Dewey Beach\, DE for the second time.\n\nLilith Fair—founded by 
 legendary singer Sarah McLachlan—wasn’t just a music festival. It was 
 a movement. Running from 1997 to 1999 and making a brief return in 2010\, 
 it was one of the few major tours of the time to put women artists front a
 nd center. That mattered then\, and it still matters now.  Project HERA\,
  a nonprofit founded in 2017\, is picking up the torch McLachlan lit.\n\nP
