SUMMARY:Intimate Partner Violence: Rehoboth Beach Pride Workshop
DESCRIPTION:LGBTQ people already face increased risk of violence\, includin
 g by an intimate partner violence when compared to non-LGBTQ populations. 
 In one study 44% of lesbians and 61% of bisexual women experienced rape\, 
 physical violence\, or stalking by an intimate partner\, compared to 35% o
 f straight women. *\n\n\nJoin us for a conversation about intimate partner
  violence in the LGBTQ+ Community. We will hear from Jacqueline Sterbach\,
  Executive Director of What is Your Voice\, Inc. We'll talk about our expe
 riences here in Delaware around intimate partner violence\, learn about re
 sources that exist in our community\, and how we can work together to bett
 er advocate for and support survivors.\n\n\nThis workshop takes place Satu
 rday July 20th at 10:30 AM at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center and is 
 part of Rehoboth Beach Pride activities.
