DESCRIPTION:Sussex Pride  will hold a vigil to honor the Transgender Day o
 f Remembrance on November 20th.   The event takes place at 6:30PM  at th
 e Unitarian Universalist Church of Southern Delaware.  \n\nThe Transgend
 er Day of Remembrance (TDOR) was started in 1999 by transgender advocate G
 wendolyn Ann Smith as a vigil to honor the memory of Rita Hester\, a trans
 gender woman who was killed in 1998. The vigil commemorated all the transg
 ender people lost to violence since Rita Hester’s death\, and began an i
 mportant tradition that has become the annual Transgender Day of Remembran
 ce.  The event includes a reading of the names of transgender and nonbin
 ary community members brutally murdered in the last year.  \n\nIf you ar
