Platinum sponsors wil l have the opportunity to speak at the event.  Sponsorships can be purcha sed at the bottom of this page.  (deadline: June 12th)\n\nVendor Informat ion\nVendors can arrive starting at 7:30 AM and are asked to be out of the facility by 3:30 PM so we can prepare for Pride events taking place later in the day.\n\nThe space for each vendor has changed to 8’ x 8’. We e ncourage you to use 6’ tables but the space ultimately is yours to desig n for the best usage. \n\nVendors will have a table and two chairs at the ir designated spot when they arrive.  Vendor spots are $95 each and can b e purchased at the bottom of this page.  Vendors are encouraged to bring their own table cloths.
