Join in the ongoing movement to advance equity for all as shared stewards! The goal is to work and learn together to ensure that all people and places in Delaware are thriving—no exceptions. Over two days, gain knowledge of the vital conditions for well- being, and explore “multisolving” to advancing equity.

Learn about local initiatives, find ways to build momentum, and be ready to inspire action in your communities. This is a safe space to see, support, and align racial equity and LGBTQ+ equity efforts in Delaware.

Keynote speakers for this conference are LaTosha Brown and Admiral Rachel Levine.

LaTosha Brown is an American community organizer, political strategist, and consultant. She is the co-founder of the voting rights group Black Voters Matter.

Admiral Rachel Levine is a pediatrician who currently serves as the 17th Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).    She is the nation’s highest-ranking openly transgender official.
