SOAH is excited to have The Howard T Ennis School, 26021 Patriots Way, Georgetown, as the site of the upcoming Community Meeting, “Immigration in Sussex County – What’s Happening.”  This will be in-person only, no Zoom for the meeting.  The time will be 5 pm.-6:30 pm. in the school cafeteria.

There is no cost to attend, though please consider bringing canned or packaged goods to help support our local food pantries and we look forward to seeing you.

The panel discussion and Q & A session will be moderated by Cait Clarke, Chief of Defender Services in the Administrative Office of the US Courts, and Co-founder of Sussex Help.  Panelists will include Bryant Garcia, Ex. Dir. de La Esperanza; Mary Dupont, Ex. Dir. La Plaza and Co-founder of Sussex Help; Chief of Police Ralph W. Holm, Jr., Georgetown PD; Son Djerry Cameus, Constituent Services Representative, U. S. Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester; Suhey Matamoros, 2nd grade Spanish Immersion Teacher, Cape Henlopen HS.

Speak Out Against Hate and its board are excited to bring what is planned to be a very informative and open discussion with local community members to Georgetown for our March meeting.
