Rehoboth Beach Bandstand
You’re invited to join us for a walk on the boardwalk. Walking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. Enjoy the company of some great women as well as the ocean air!
Beth Toney is our host. Look for her at the bandstand at 9:00 AM.
You don’t need to register to join us, but if you register below we’ll be sure to let you know if there are any weather changes. We will also notify you about future walks.
