• A commitment from the Attorney General’s office: Trump’s anti-trans Executive Orders are unlawful and will not be enforced
• ChristianaCare, Nemours, and Planned Parenthood commit to continuing to provide gender-affirming care
• Ensuring trans youth in DE are safe and affirmed in schools
• Patient & provider protections from out of state and Federal interference
