The LGBTQIA+ Youth and Young Adult Support Group offers a welcoming, safe space for LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults, ages 13–23, to connect, find support, and build genuine community. Whether you are navigating social anxiety, exploring your identity, or simply looking to find your people, this is a place where you can be your authentic self without judgment.
The group focuses on on fostering meaningful social connections through shared interests, including space for our neurodivergent members to engage in ways that feel comfortable and accessible. By bridging the gap between clinical support and authentic friendship, we aim to help you gain confidence in social settings, process the challenges of being queer in today’s world, and—most importantly—build a community where you truly belong.
The group currently meets biweekly on Wednesdays in Lewes, but the date and time of meetings may change based on input from group members. The group is facilitated by a therapist. If possible, insurance will be billed. If not, a sliding scale or a scholarship will be offered. Cost should not be a barrier to anyone who wants to participate.
