The office of Attorney General Kathleen Jennings has established the Abortion Legal Helpline, which provides guidance and referrals to Delaware women seeking abortions, patients seeking to travel to Delaware for an abortion, and referrals to healthcare providers and support organizations.
Individuals can call the hotline at 302-992-8096 or 1-877-312-2366. To ensure anonymity, callers will be asked to leave a message with their question, a callback number, and any instructions on when and how they prefer to be contacted. Individuals may also submit questions online here.
