Racism is in many conversations today – Are you concerned about racism but unsure what to do about it? Wonder why people often seem to see things differently? Words like equity, bias & privilege confusing to you?

Consider registering for Dialogue Toward Ending Racism

• Groups of 8-15 individuals in-person
• Explore the root causes of bias and systemic racism
• 2-hour sessions led by trained facilitators
• Share experiences, questions, and ideas – in a created safe space for discussions
• Watch videos, read articles, and talk honestly
• Meet new people, make new friends
• Meet once a week for 7 weeks

Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice sponsors this FREE program (DTER) for Racial Justice. We are in our 5th Year of Dialogues! While the subject matter is serious, we make it engaging and fun.

Seven-week sessions online start on 3/24/25.   In person sessions start 3/25/25 at the Lewes Public Library.
