Come out and join Sussex Pride for an All Levels Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class with Sussex Pride Board Member Elizabeth Mantey. This event will be held at Studio 1 in Rehoboth Beach on November 20th at noon. The class is for all experience levels, so whether you are a beginner or an expert please come out and do some yoga with us!
