Rehoboth Beach Pride Weekend will include Festival taking place at the convention center on Saturday July 18th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  The festival and other pride events at the convention cente are being organized by Sussex Pride & Gay Women of Rehoboth. This event is free, family-friendly, and open to all who want to celebrate or learn about Pride. We will have a wide variety of exhibitors offering information and resources, health screenings, fun activities, and support.  We will also have vendors including local LGBTQ+ artists and craftspeople.  Other Rehoboth Pride events will take place in the community between July 15th through July 19th.
Sponsor Information
All sponsors will be featured prominently on our website and social media for this event. Sponsors will also be featured on signage displayed at the convention center for all events Pride events taking place that day. Platinum sponsors will have the opportunity to speak at the event. Sponsorships can be purchased at the bottom of this page. (deadline: June 12th)
Vendor Information
Vendors can arrive starting at 7:30 AM and are asked to be out of the facility by 3:30 PM so we can prepare for Pride events taking place later in the day.
The space for each vendor has changed to 8’ x 8’. We encourage you to use 6’ tables but the space ultimately is yours to design for the best usage.Â
Vendors will have a table and two chairs at their designated spot when they arrive. Vendor spots are $95 each and can be purchased at the bottom of this page. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own table cloths. A limited number of table cloths will be available for those who don’t have them.
We have a limited number of vendor spots and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
