Speak Out Against Hate (SOAH) has announced the official kickoff of its Youth Ambassador Leadership Internship for the 2026–2027 school year.
This year’s program brings together dynamic student leaders representing three different high schools across Sussex County. These teens will play a vital role in bringing awareness, participation, and excitement to SOAH’s mission within their local schools and broader communities through targeted outreach and special engagement activities.
Throughout the year, the Youth Ambassadors will serve as active leaders, holding a direct voice at SOAH community meetings and serving on the School and Youth Officials committee. Working monthly alongside dedicated adult mentors, the students will explore core themes of leadership, social justice, and goal setting—culminating in a final, mission-focused community project designed and executed by the ambassadors themselves.
