Join us every Monday from 6:00–7:00 PM for an LGBTQIA+ SMART Recovery meeting ~ a welcoming, affirming space where LGBTQIA+ individuals can connect with others who understand the unique challenges of recovery.
SMART Recovery is a science-based, self-empowering program that helps participants build and maintain motivation, cope with urges, manage thoughts and emotions, and create a balanced, meaningful life. Whether you’re just beginning your recovery journey, have years of recovery, or are simply exploring change, you are welcome here.
Our meetings are built on respect, confidentiality, and mutual support. There is no judgment, no labels, and no requirement to share ~ just a community committed to helping one another move forward.
