This workshop will provide the opportunity for a casual interactive discussion on suicide awareness, intervention, prevention, postvention. There will be plenty of opportunities to share thoughts and ask questions of the presenters. Topics that will be covered include:
- Suicide Facts vs. Myth
- Recognizing signs
- How to talk with someone and connect to resources
- Recognizing Healthy Mental Health
- Reduce the stigma around talking about suicide
This workshop will be presented by Peggy Gaestel, LCSW-C, and Kathii Donnelly, Yoga Certified; Certified Interaction Health and Wellness Coach.
