The Delaware HIV Planning Council and Delaware HIV Consortium are implementing a needs assessment to learn how they can enhance access to HIV prevention services in the face of budget cuts. This will help us identify strategies to prevent HIV as we strive to end the epidemic in Delaware.
You can help by completing this online survey, which will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will ask the about your personal health and sexual history and experiences with obtaining HIV prevention resources.
