Sussex Pride has several outreach events coming up and we are looking for some volunteers to help. Volunteers will staff the outreach table, talk to visitors about Sussex Pride, collect email addresses, and answer questions. If you don’t think you know enough about Sussex Pride, don’t worry, there will be others there to back you up. Please check out the following events and join us if you can!
October 7th: Dewey Goes Pink
Dewey Goes Pink is a 5k run and gathering that takes place on October 7th in Dewey, Delaware. All the funds raised through Dewey Goes Pink go to support our local Sussex County Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s (DBCC). Sussex Pride is proud to be a sponsor of Dewey Goes Pink this year and we are looking for volunteers who can staff our outreach table. October 14: Frankford Health Fair
Sussex Pride will have an outreach booth at the Beebe Health Care in Frankford, Delaware. We are always happy to partner with Beebe and looking forward to being visible in Frankford. Volunteers are needed from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Sign up to volunteer by clicking on the button below:
